D-backs, Giants set to square off for first time in '16

With D-backs top pitching prospect Archie Bradley facing former Cy Young winner and 14-year veteran Jake Peavy on Monday night, Arizona continues its 10-game road trip in San Francisco, as the National League West rivals open a four-game series at AT&T Park.
This will be the first time these clubs have met this year, and a pair of intriguing pitching matchups will highlight the series. Zack Greinke faces Madison Bumgarner on Wednesday night and Shelby Miller squares off against Johnny Cueto in the finale on Thursday afternoon.
While the series is a continuation of a road swing for Arizona, it is a homecoming for the Giants, who have played just three games so far at AT&T Park. The Giants will play their next 10 games at home, with visits from the Marlins and Padres also on the schedule.
Things to know about this game
• Peavy is looking to rebound after a rough start against the Rockies at Coors Field. The right-hander allowed six runs on 11 hits in four innings.
• Last year against the D-backs, Peavy was 1-1 with a 7.20 ERA in two starts.
• The D-backs' regulars should be rested for Monday's opener. First baseman Paul Goldschmidt, right fielder David Peralta and second baseman Jean Segura were all given days off in Sunday's series finale with the Padres.
• The D-backs have played poorly over the years at AT&T Park, but last season was a different story, as they were 8-2 there.
